Domestic Shipping

Antiques by Anna offers complimentary Priority Shipping on orders within the United States.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days after shipment.

All items are carefully packaged to help protect them during transportation. Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

International shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

We understand that purchasing antique and vintage jewelry requires trust. Our return policy is designed to provide clear expectations while respecting the unique nature of our merchandise.

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

• Store Credit Only: Eligible returns will be issued as store credit. We do not provide refunds to the original payment method for standard returns.

• Original Condition: Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received.

• Return Shipping: All returns must use a shipping label provided by Antiques by Anna. Customers should not ship returns using their own shipping labels.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the store credit issued.

• Sale Merchandise: All sale purchases are final and are not eligible for standard returns or store credit.

Returned items will be inspected before store credit is issued.

To initiate a return, customers must contact Antiques by Anna within the applicable return window to request authorization and shipping instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

This policy applies to standard returns and does not limit any rights or remedies customers may have under applicable consumer-protection laws, including those relating to materially misdescribed or defective merchandise.
