Please keep in mind that antique and vintage items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear, imperfections, repairs, alterations, or other characteristics consistent with their age and previous use. These are not necessarily considered defects.

We make every effort to research, authenticate, inspect, and accurately describe each piece. However, due to the age and nature of antique and vintage items, certain details—including exact age, materials, origin, previous repairs, and ownership history—may be unknown or impossible to verify.

Descriptions and dates are based on our professional knowledge, research, and available information.

All items are sold in their existing condition. We encourage customers to carefully review photographs and descriptions before purchasing.

If you have questions about an item's condition, construction, or history, we're always happy to provide additional information and photographs before purchase.

To make your experience feel as effortless as it should be, we offer a thoughtful and transparent return policy for antique and jewelry:

• Returns — Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Store credit only — Eligible returns will be issued as store credit. No refunds to the original payment method.
• Original condition — Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
• Return shipping — All returns must be shipped using a shipping label provided by Antiques by Anna. Please do not use your own shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the store credit issued.
• Sale items — All sale purchases are final and are not eligible for return or store credit.
